The stall I visited is called “Rahman Tea Stall”. It is located next to the main market of our area. It is located in Habra Chowpati Bazar of Parbatipur Upazila. This shop is located at the entrance of the market. So even in the busy hours, this shop is very easy to see. The shop is open every day from 6 am to 10 pm. Especially in the morning, the crowd of workers, students and pedestrians is more visible here.
Inside the store
This shop mainly sells various types of hot drinks. For example: milk tea, red tea, ginger tea, coffee. I tried milk tea and ginger tea there. The taste of the tea was very good and quite fragrant. The shopkeeper uses fresh milk and good quality tea leaves while making the tea.It is also very affordable in terms of price.Many people come here regularly because they get good quality drinks at low prices.

This shop mainly deals in cash. However, currently many customers also get the facility of paying through mobile banking (BKash or Nagad). That is for a small amount. Or you can withdraw money from the shop next door and make a cash payment. I think this is a good initiative in keeping with modern times.

The shop is not very big, but it is quite clean. There are a few benches inside the shop where customers can sit and drink tea. There is also a place to sit outside the shop. The shopkeeper is very polite and talks to the customers sincerely. It is not just about drinking tea here, but often people hang out with friends and discuss local issues. I hang out here every night at 8 pm. Because of this, the shop is also known as a small social gathering place in the area.

My favorite hot drink is tea, especially green tea and milk tea. I usually drink tea at least 1-2 times a day. A cup of green tea after waking up in the morning refreshes me and gives me energy to work. Also, I like to drink a cup of tea in the evening while chatting with friends. But most of the time, I make green tea at home and drink it.

Sometimes I like to eat biscuits or bread with tea. A light snack with tea tastes better. But sometimes I enjoy drinking tea alone, especially when I need to take a break in between work. If it's green tea, I drink it alone and if it's Wednesday tea, I eat it with bread.

This shop mainly sells traditional drinks like tea and coffee. However, sometimes the shopkeeper makes ginger tea or malai tea, which tastes a little different from regular tea. Ginger tea is very popular during hot and cold seasons, as it is very beneficial for the body. Apart from that, no other drink is available.
