Fulbari Upazila is considered one of the Upazila Parishads of Dinajpur district. Upazila Road is located in the south of the main town of Fulbari. It is easily accessible from the bus station or rail station. Any vehicle, whether auto or van, can easily enter here. This Upazila is open every day except for government holidays. The head of this Upazila Parishad is the Upazila Nirbahi Officer.

There are three gates to enter this Upazila Parishad. Once you enter through the second gate, you will see a large parking area. Cars and bikes can be parked here. There is no charge to use this parking point. It is free for government officials and visitors visiting the park here. Then the entrance road starts. This is the largest Upazila I have seen.

When you enter inside, the first thing you see is the Shadid Minar and a arranged map. This map is a map of Fulbari Upazila. Here you can easily identify the places of the Upazila. Apart from this, the administrative building is the largest here. It is a 6-storey building. The problems of thousands of people are solved here every day. I just go here for a walk. After that, there are numerous buildings arranged in rows. Which are used for government purposes.

There is a round square inside the upazila. Everyone can chat here. Everything is painted here. It looks quite beautiful. This square is called Phulbari Upazila Square. I have stood there many times. Those who come to this upazila for work also stand and wait here. There is a beautiful logo here and everyone takes pictures there. I also took a picture there.

There is a garden called kunjobon. There are numerous flowering plants inside this garden. These flowers not only enhance the beauty of the place but are also used for various ceremonies held here. You can enter inside but no flowers of any kind can be plucked. The flowers of the Ganges can only be used by local employed people. However, visitors can take pictures of the city here, it is their right. Although the public can enter all the buildings here, they cannot enter the residence of the executive officer.

The Rural Development Organization allocates money for various types of work every year from here. Also, the amount of money to be spent on public works is determined here.
