Waiting All Day for Uncle’s Legendary Haleem

Since this afternoon, a delicious Haleem has been available in our area; I wanted to eat it. And the uncle of that Haleem shop does not open the shop in the afternoon. He opens the shop in the evening. So I had to wait until evening. After waiting a long time, finally evening came and I finally went out to eat delicious Haleem. The last time I ate it was about a month and a half ago. After that, I went to my village house, so I did not eat my uncle's Haleem.

But now I have come, and I wanted to eat Haleem a lot more. So I went and bought Haleem from my uncle and ate it. Haleem tastes the best, and I put onion paste on it. When the onion paste touches my mouth, it smells very good, and I like to eat it. Moreover, the lentils that he uses in Haleem are also very good. And I have not made Haleem a customer at all. Because he adds lemon juice to Haleem, and when you add it, it tastes very sour. So I told my uncle that there is no need to add lemon juice to Halima and that he uses a kind of salt. It might be tasty salt; I told him to increase it. Tasty salt creates a nice flavor in the lentils.

After wandering around for a while, I wanted to eat jhal muri from that shop. The halima and jhal muri from that uncle's shop are all very delicious. He might have made them specially. That's why his is more delicious than others. Later, after walking around a lot, I saw a person selling different types of nuts. I haven't eaten nuts for a long time, and on top of that, he is selling roasted nuts. It would be nice to eat hot nuts in this winter. So, he didn't have any nuts; the nuts were hot.

After eating nuts, I was returning home when I saw my roommate coming to eat halima. He was sleeping when I came, so I didn't call him. I went alone to eat halima. Now that he has come, what else should I do? I will go with him again. Later, he eats Haleem, and I eat Jhalmuri. Earlier, I wanted to eat Jhalmuri, but I didn't. Now that I'm back, I ate Jhalmuri. To be honest, Jhalmuri was good, but I ate almonds, so the taste changed. And because of that, I didn't like Jhalmuri very much. Otherwise, Jhalmuri tastes great.
