Cooking Adesi Isip
Hello @everyone. Happy Weekend and Welcome to my blog. Hope you all are doing pretty good. Please, stay glued as I share my cooking skills on how to cook "Adesi Isip".
Ingredients
→Isip mbakara
→Adesi
→ Fish
→Crayfish
→Pepper
→Onions
→Maggi
→Salt
Procedure
I broke my Isip mbakara, removed the body, washed and grated it. I proceeded to seive the milk into my cooking pot.
I peeled, washed and cut my onions into desired shapes. I washed my pepper, selected my crayfish and pounded them together. I washed my fish with hit water and set it aside.
I washed and parboiled the Adesi (rice) and also kept the Maggi and salt handy.
Into the pot where I seived the milk into, I added my fish, pepper and crayfish, onions, salt and Maggi, stirred and confirmed the taste then I added my already parboiled rice into the pot, gave it a turn and put it on heat (fire). Exactly how my grandma prepares hers. I allowed the water to dry off completely and my "Adesi Isip" was ready. I enjoyed it with wine.
