The Diary Game:House chores and working out on a regular saturday [28/03/2026]
Hello fellow Steemites, it's another day and I just wanted to share my daily blog with you guys. I woke up today, being Saturday, which happened to be a rest day for me, and I decided to hit the gym. But before I did that, I needed to tidy up the house and also do some cleanup, especially in our toilet. So, I bought disinfectant and gave the inside of it a good scrub.

I decided that since I was going out, I needed to eat something a bit more substantial to give me more energy. So, I cooked a small portion of beans and devoured it right there. The protein and carbs gave me the boost I needed to tackle my workout.

I arrived at the gym and met a couple of guys who were more than happy to spot me and assist me in doing some reps. I even used the treadmill for leg exercises at a 7.0 speed for a few minutes. I had a blast and spent roughly about two hours there before calling it quits and heading back home. Though, I must admit, I was completely burned out by all the heavy lifting and various exercises I did there.

On my way home, I stopped by a store and realized I needed to buy some tape to fix something at home, so I took the opportunity to pick it up, along with some snacks.

I reached home by late evening and decided to take a little nap before calling it a day. However, I still have a bit of ironing to do, as tomorrow is Sunday and I might probably attend church if I feel energetic enough.
Until my next diary post, wishing everyone the best in all their endeavors. Take care and stay blessed. I guess it's bye for now.
🎉 Congratulations!
