Magic Green Homes has launched a kit to build such homes. Their construction is very simple, virtually anyone can build a hobbit house in three days at minimal cost. To assemble such a home requires only three people, without the need for sophisticated construction equipment.

The houses are made of prefabricated vaulted panels made of laminated composite materials, bounded by walls in reinforced soil. The structure is easy to assemble by presenting perforated flaps such as screwing and sealing components as easy as possible.

Houses can then be assembled and expanded according to each other's preferences.

Aside from the fact that these houses look like they are detached from a fairy tale, they are comfortable and the fact that they are covered with earth gives them a double practical advantage: the excellent insulation that makes the indoor temperature rise in winter and cool in the summer.
