Are you lost? Feel defeated? Struggling to find yourself, success, hope or unsure about your future? Read this.

I'm in the process of a pretty large undertaking. Last year, I decided to take on the #writing of a #book that was emerging from my interactions with so many people who have told me I have helped in their #personal struggles to understand themselves, their lives, their choices and the world in general.

At first, I was unsure that I should be the one to bring this message to life, but after I realized the #growth that I have been through over many years of struggle and the pain I felt when I was deep in the middle of my own issues and the negative people surrounding me that were my largest source of reality and perspective, it became apparent that I may just know a few things to help ease others pain and struggles. After the many hundreds of times that people have cried on my shoulders, reached out in confusion and conflict, wishing they could figure out why their lives are a mess, why things hurt so much or what they needed to do next, and they thanked me for the clarity, realness and ease with which I was able to give an explanation, a vision and some kindness, I realize now that this is my gift to the world. I had to learn it through my own pain and suffering to make it real and to make it so clear what is good and what is not for my best self.

It's not easy to figure ourselves out–many never do. It takes time, commitment, #love, forgiveness, clarity and #truth (which can sometimes be so harsh that we avoid it at all costs). But once we begin to give ourselves the attention we deserve, work on seeing ourselves for who we really are outside of what we are told to be, feel, think, say or do, then and only then can we create a truly fulfilled life.

I want to see you become your best self, living your most fulfilling life and the best way I know how is to share with you a simple process which I have formulated to help anyone who really wishes to find themselves. I am now giving my best gift to the world in the best way that I can right now, my gift of clarity, integrity, purpose, creativity and love in order to help as many people as I can reach who need it. It is a simple 3 step process in which to help discover and create a life of purpose, intent and integrity based on a better understanding of who you are and why you're here.
