Our Life Saving Mission Continues... To A Four-Month-Old Baby Girl.
This is a story I wanted to share with people. This incident happened in 2015. It was quite sometime ago but it still worth to share it with everyone. I am a rescuer in the Coast Guard. I am glad that we are capable of carrying out a mission like this to save lives. Thanks to the government of Malaysia to support this mission and made this possible.
Our mission is to save the life of a four-month-old girl on a helicopter flight. The baby named Nur Zara Humairah who was suffering from a heart attack was flown from Hospital Raja Perempuan Zainab II (HRPZ II) Kota Bharu Kelantan to National Heart Institute (IJN) Kuala Lumpur.
The helicopter carried a doctor and a medical assistant onboarded to handle her child's medical equipment throughout the flight. The flight mission using AW139 helicopter took 90 minutes to arrived safely at Padang Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL). It was a rainy, windy and cloudy. According to the pilot, there was a risk to fly a helicopter in the windy condition. But the pilot decided to carry on the mission to save the baby's life.
Thanks for reading. Stay tuned for more stories.
I will be praying for this little girl
