Well, I don't have any horror to add to the saga. My lower ones were removed before they broke through (erupted, in the fine language of dentistry.) They were no problem at all. I don't have the upper ones now either, but I don't even remember having them done. However, none of the procedures involved sedation. Just numbed with Novocaine ... and moving on.
