Ibiza - My Beautiful Isle

Ibiza is one of my most favourite places to visit . For those of you that have heard of this little island, you might associate it with dance music and late night party's . However , its so much more than that . Its a lovely island to explore . Here is a beautiful scene taken from the famous Café Del Mar in June this year .

we stayed near this beautiful bar , set next to the coast with a DJ playing Balearic beats all day . we enjoyed the pool and really nice food.

During a walk by the coast,

I stumbled across a group of people, all dressed in white , ready for a wedding ceremony

I then sat for a while and sipped Sangria and listened to the waves roll in and out

That week we visited many different places on the island , including my favourite, the Hippy Market , set in the lovely are of Es Canar

You can relax a white while the artist draws a caricature of your soul

and watch the band , track after track

Inside the central tent , you can chill with a beer and listen to a band or the DJ playing a mix of Spanish trance and house. The atmosphere was amazing. such fun, happy people everywhere . That's what holidays are made for .

While further down the market while the bongos rang through the airwaves

there was intense peace and love

Ibiza , the island of peace ,love , wellbeing, hippys, dance music, trance, Hippy Markets ,sun, sangria and paella

Beautiful coastline after beautiful coastline.................

Near Es Canar sits Santa Eularia . A lovely busy coastal town with lots of amazing shops ,bars and restaurants .

Make it a place you go and visit

I still love Ibiza - it also has many wellbeing spas and yoga holidays - next year I will be running my own retreat ,ready to welcome people to not only relaxation, good food but the amazing colourful spiritual island of Ibiza
