yes, there are a lot of ICO stories out there and many aren't exactly clear about what they plan to do. This is a very 'wild west' environment, to pick the good ones however is to really find the usefulness and potential. Now it's all greed and goldrush, this is the correct time to be fearful! But don't despair, you have to keep searching.
