I'm not interested in Polybius, there are so many ICO's you have to be extremely selective. I'm researching populous at the moment, looks like an interesting one at the moment.

I'm thinking Polybius because I know they have a good track record with other projects (shot out to hashcoins )
but my issue is just how would Canadian government and banks come at me for running with Polybius
