La Bufadora translates to "the blowhole".
Essentially the ocean sweeps into a tiny chasm there and it builds up pressure and blows out like a geyser every few minutes.
It's a beautiful place, and other than the blow hole itself, there are vendors lining the street selling everything you could ever imagine that might qualify as a souvenir. And probably some you didn't imagine.
