SEC-S30W2: Legends of my country: (The Legend of the Churail: A Supernatural Encounter)
Assalamu Alaikum, I hope everyone is well and enjoying their lives. Today I am going to participate in the second week of Season 30, in which we have to express ourselves through writing. Today's topping is Legends of My Country, so I will move on to the main story without dedicating any time.

The legends of every country are different; each has its own identity and its own story, but in South Asia, especially in Pakistan and its surrounding regions, there are famous legends about a very mysterious creature that we call churail (Witch/Female Ghost).
Churail (Witch/Female Ghost) is also considered the spirit of a woman because she is a woman who often dies due to injustice or betrayal, but to attract the locals, she appears in the form of a beautiful woman, but as someone looks at her closely, her feet turn backwards, her face becomes very scary, and many people also say that you often see her in forests, cemeteries or deserted roads.
One evening, a young boy, Awais, who had finished his work, was returning home to his village in the darkness of the night. The roads were quiet, there was silence everywhere, and there was a faint light from the moon. As he walked, he saw a woman on the road who was standing near a tree wearing white clothes and looking worried.
When Awais approached her, the woman politely asked, "Can you take me to the next village because I have lost my way?" Ahmed agreed, even though he was quite late. As they both started walking together, Ahmed noticed an unusual rustling sound. When he looked at her, the woman's feet were bent backwards.
At this, Awais suddenly remembered the stories his grandmother used to tell about the churail (Witch/Female Ghost), and his heart started pounding. He thought about running away, but instead of running away, he started reciting some prayers. Then he asked the woman in a soft tone, "Why are you wandering around here at night?"
Meanwhile, the woman stopped walking and replied in a sad tone, "I am not here to bother or harm anyone. I am stuck between this world and the hereafter. No prayers have been offered for my soul."
Awais felt very scared about this, but he also felt a little sympathy, and he promised to pray for her and ask his villagers to repeat the process. Thus, the spirit slowly began to disappear.
The next day, Awais gathered all the elders of his village and told them his whole story. Then all the villagers prayed for the soul of this unknown woman, whom we call a Churail (Witch/Female Ghost), and then they said that after that, they had never seen any such strange sight in these uninhabited areas or on the desert roads. The villagers thought that the restless soul had found peace.

Due to the subject matter, you are allowed to use royalty-free photos to illustrate your post. However, your own photos, related to the story you tell, will be given greater weight in your score.
This is a story of a witch that we can see with the human eye but cannot capture through mobile or any gadgets. My constraint here is that I am using royalty-free images; it is not possible to put original pictures here. Thanks for understanding.
This story may seem made up to you when you listen and understand it. But it is a story based on reality. All South Asians understand that this is really how it happens.
I would like to invite @josepha, @suboohi, and @kouba01 to join this challenge.

Hi, @ahsansharif
It's a pleasure to see that you've accepted my challenge, welcome! Here is your evaluation:
It is a terrifying yet sad story of how a soul is left wandering because no one has prayed for its repose.
The original photographs are obviously not photos of the horror, but you could have made a recreation with your own means (drawing, dramatization) and photographed it.
Thank you so much for the valuable feedback. I'll do my best to add a good original photos. This situation allowed me to add royalty free images. Also this you allowed us to add that's why I added. Appreciated
