Currently, it is mango season. There are various types of raw ripe mangoes in the market. The mangoes that I have made pickles with are quite ripe. Today I will share mango pickle. Which is made with raw ripe mangoes. That is, these mangoes are not completely raw and not completely ripe either. However, these mangoes are slightly red in color. And this is a very sour mango. And with these mangoes, I have made pickles to eat with rice. I have made this recipe in video form so that I can share it with you. Everyone likes to eat pickles more or less. However, after making mango pickles like this, they can be stored for a long time. And it is also fun to eat these pickles every day. In fact, this mango pickle is often seen kept in the deep freezer. However, you can also make it and keep it for eating with rice.
