Achieving success and retaining are both challenging, and from my perspective, retaining success becomes more difficult. In the process of achieving success, you will be required to put effort, focus,s and determination. To achieve success you must set your goals overcome your obstacles, and stay consistent at all times. At this point, there is a need for motivation because an individual is trying to improve their life and reach a great height.

Moreover, I see the aspect of retaining success as more challenging due to the birth of new responsibilities and expectations. Once you are successful in life people look forward to seeing great things for you. There is a competition for others who are willing to take your position. This means that you are to work harder, stay disciplined not for success anymore but rather to stay at the top.

Furthermore, as we dwell in success some individuals get too comfortable and confident with where they are and stop being disciplined as they where we they needed success. Retaining success is more challenging because it needs adaptation and continuous learning. As the world keeps changing successful individuals have to adjust to the trends, ideas, and challenges.

When you have a look at both terms you will discover that they both bring personal growth and bring satisfaction. For me enjoying our passion is more significant because it adds true happiness, lasting motivation, and personal satisfaction.

As individuals enjoy what they are passionate about, it makes them happy and fulfilled. Passion brings meaning to life and makes our day-to-day activities interesting rather than stressful. Achieving goals could be stressful, both possion allows you to feel free because you love your passion.

Secondly, our passion helps us to stay consistent. In the process of chasing success alone, we will sometimes lead to frustration, most especially when results don't come quickly. However, we are passionate, we keep on working even when it gets tough because we love the process, not just the rewards.

In the process of enjoying our passion, we can eventually become successful. Many successful individuals around the world achieved their goals because they followed what they loved. Their passion moved them with achieving success, work harder, improve their skills, and never give up.

Take this from me; Achievement is just a successful accomplishment of a goal through hard work, persistence, and determination. I don't just see achievement as becoming wealthy or famous. It's all about small victories that shape you positively and your perspective towards life, small victories like passing an exam, overcoming fear, and acquiring a new skill or improving yourself. I consider an achievement an achievement when there's discipline, afforts and most importantly growth not just results.

I also consider an achievement as making it to a better level than when you started, either mentally m, socially, academically, or personally. It brings a sense of confidence and pride and motivation to do more.
