Incredible India Monthly Contest of March #2: The highest time I watched a movie!
Hello, everyone.
Here is mu submission for the Incredible India Monthly Contest of March #2: The highest time I watched a movie!.
I´m a first timer in Incredible India Community.
I invite @jennyfav100, @comzy and @awordsmith.
Shark Tale
• Which movie have you seen the highest number of times as of now? Why?
Shark Tale, a 2004 DreamWorks film, tells the story of Oscar, a fish who longs for fame and will do anything to be recognized by the other fish on the reef—which serves as his city.
This is the main plot, which is interwoven with a subplot about a vegetarian Great White Shark named Lenny. His father, the leader of a gang of sharks of various species, expects him to inherit the position along with his brother.
Lenny and Oscar meet when Lenny's older brother, Frankie, dies accidentally, and all the reef's inhabitants believe Oscar is responsible. They ask him to defend them from the predators that stalk them.
I've lost count of how many times I've watched it. If you want a tally of all the times I've devoured it, give up. Even my mom wonders what I find so appealing about it.
I like its silly humor, and if I were a character, I'd be Lenny.
• Do you believe in this modern era that this art form still brings excitement to rejuvenate ourselves, besides other art forms? Share your view!
Cinema will always be a source of joy, learning, and trauma, because not all films tell beautiful stories with happy endings. The problem arises when a certain type of story becomes fashionable and all the production companies want to capitalize on the hype and profit before the trend fades.
• Which kind of entertainment do you enjoy the most, films or series? The rationale behind your choice!
I can enjoy TV series, movies, and music. The only thing I don't like is when they try to adapt a story I love and do it so badly that I don't even want to remember it anymore.
I love Pacific Rim, and we all agree worldwide that there won't be a sequel. Period.

Shark Tale

To tell you the truth, reading your post felt like I myself went back to the world of Shark Tale 😄
The way you have narrated the story is not only interesting but also keeps the reader hooked till the end. The mention of Lenny in particular and your love for him was really touching - such innocent and unique characters are always remembered 💙
You are also very close to the truth that originality is getting less and less in movies these days, but still cinema is a medium that makes us laugh and makes us think.
I always loved Lenny and every time I see Shark Tale I feel like a child again.
Thanks fro your comment.

¡Holaaa Dana!🤗
Muchas gracias.
