Hello friends and welcome to my article once again. I appreciate @sduttaskitchen for such an interesting contest and would be dropping my entry immediately.
Disability is a phenomena which describes the obvious weakness of someone in his/ her possession. It is a state of mind of not being able to perform series of activities, ranging from locomotive, non-locomotive, physical, mental or psychological
Disability triggers the emotions, how? It instigates pity in the face of on lookers, you seen as inferior and less privileged. It is a state of mind that makes someone get a stigma and a bad one in that regard too.
However, disability b triggers the emotions if pity from me, making bme have pity in disabled people. It is really a great weakness in my opinion because you find it difficult to fit in socially. You can escape this plight in being creative and creating stuff in your environment to the bewilderment of all.

I would have to be very frank with us all. I would prefer a physical disability to a mental disability. Why? With physical disability like inabilities to walk, you could orchestrated ways of making money or adding value to your society and yourself in one way or the other. You could come up with tangible initiatives which would drive you forward, making you more relevant, while you add value to your society.
| SCENARIO: a crippled man can come up with a creative business model which he can use to perform various activities in one way or the other. He fends for himself while creating value and posing opportunities for others to create wealth for themselves eventually too. |

Conversely, a mentally ill patient cba never come up with something worthwhile, he is mentally unstable and this would never be able to impact to his society, he only destroys and traumatizes people.
| SCENARIO: A mad man shows up destroying everywhere constituting nuisance and littering the environment with dirts and unethical behaviors too. Therefore being a burden to our society and indeed challenging. |

We can encourage those going through disability through these ways
Orientation & Motivation:
These people need love and care, therefore any little love or shower of kindness would go a long way. It can in one way or the other stabilize them showing that there is power in disability.Gifts & Rewards:
Settling little rewards it gifts to these disabled people would be a solution to problems, they get to feel happy that the can achieve such fears and bask in the euphoria of their results.Sponsorship & Endorsement:
Most of these disabled are talented with gifts like singing, dancing, creativity, high sense of humor amidst alot of other gadgets, therefore sponsorship and endorsement is definitely a step to making their lives better and putting them in positions in which their disability becomes a stepping stone to greatness.
