This is @elsa-queen. I am very grateful and delighted to connect with you all. I hope everyone in the Steemit family is doing amazing. It is always a pleasure for me to share my ideas and experiences with the inspiring Incredible India community.

I am happy to take part in this contest. I am happy to express my perspective on the Which one is more challenging? I genuinely hope my post brings value and enjoyment to you. A sincere thanks to the respected @meraindia for arranging this contest.

In your opinion, which one is more challenging: achieving success or retaining it? Share your views!

I think it is more difficult to maintain success than to achieve it. To reach success, a person takes hard work, dedication and consistency. At this stage he has passion, enthusiasm and fire to do something. He learns from failures and takes every obstacle as a challenge. But when success is achieved, the real test begins.

Hard work alone is not enough to sustain success, it requires strategy, patience, humility and continuous improvement. Often people turn self-confidence into pride after success, which stops them from learning. The world is constantly changing, conditions, trends and competition all change with time. If man does not update himself, he is left behind.

Moreover, expectations rise after success. People expect you to do better every time. Pressure, criticism and jealousy also increase. Despite all this, it is not easy to maintain your standards.

So in my opinion besties success is more difficult to sustain. As it requires consistency, passion for learning, humility and self accountability.

What is more significant, enjoying our passion or chasing success? Describe!

To me enjoying your passion is more important than chasing the success. Passion is born from within the human being. It is the voice of the heart that gives us joy, peace and satisfaction. When we are engaged in our favorite work, there is no sense of time and we work hard with full focus and sincerity. It is this sincerity and dedication that actually forms the basis of real success.

On the other hand, if a person only aims at achieving success, he often gets confused by pressure, competition and worrying about getting ahead of others. Such success may give temporary happiness, but it does not provide inner peace. Even if success is achieved without passion, the heart is not satisfied, because man has not done what gives him real happiness.

I believe that when we prioritize our passion, success automatically kisses our feet. Because the quality of work that is done with love improves and a person does not get tired but continues to learn and improve. So besties the key is to embrace your passion and enjoy it. This is the path to lasting success and true happiness.

What is the definition of achievement according to your perspective?

I think success is not just about reaching a goal or a place. But it is about improving yourself through hard work, patience and dedication besties. Success is the moment when one sees the results of one's efforts. It is strengthened by the experiences and hardships one has learned along the way. Every success, big or small, motivates a person and improves his personality.
In my view, the true mark of success is personal satisfaction and happiness. If a person is successful only for the sake of honor or praise of others. It may give momentary happiness but it does not give satisfaction to the heart. Success is something that makes a person believe in his abilities, boosts his self confidence and motivates him to do better in journey of life.
Another important aspect is that success is the result of constant hard work and perseverance. It is not temporary but a continuous process in which man faces difficulties, learns from mistakes and takes the path of progress at every step.

So in my opinion, success is not only the achievement of the goal but also the combination of self-development, experience and satisfaction.
