Disability is the way of some one not being completely normal it can be physically or mentally. And most of them are smart people.

Disability is the state were one can not function normal the way he or she supposed to. Some time need some one to assist him or her. Especially when it comes to mental disability.

For me, I think that mental disability is more challenging more than the physically disability because when it comes to mental disability it requires a lot of helps from you being okay. I mean you as a caregiver because almost 90 percent of everyworks are being done by you the caregiver.

But a person with physical disability will be able to take care of him or her self it doesn't requires too much work. A physical disability person can be come a big and prominent person in the society even can work in an office or company.
So for me physical disability is far much better than the mental disability.

And we can encourage this person living with weather mental or physical disabilities by showing them Care, love and giving them a sense of belonging. Making them know that they are still important to the society even when they are disable.

With this encouragement, it will help them move forward, release they from thinking much about their conditions.
