Detective Hole (2026) Series Review

For the past three days I have been watching a series whose name is Detective Hole. After watching it finally I have now completed it and I will say only this that brother there was no need for nine episodes.

Six episodes and this series would have easily got completed. It has been stretched unnecessarily only.

Now if we talk about what story we get to see inside it.

Then inside it we get to see the story of a detective a police officer our hero who gets busy in solving a case because multiple murders are happening inside the city and this is the work of a serial killer.

So who is that serial killer you have to see inside it. Along with that past drama of our hero is also running side by side. So what will happen ahead you have to see inside it.

If you like to watch serial killer type investigative dramas.

But slow burn then you will definitely like this series. Where if we talk about positives then the first positive is strong story plus mysteries.

Inside it you get to see serial killer plus corrupt cop plus past trauma layered story because of which it feels quite enjoyable to watch and along with that inside the series there are many twists and shock values because even while the series is ending it keeps bringing many twists and turns in front of us.

It keeps revealing many shocking things because of which we keep getting shocked and keep getting excited for the series. But here I have told you that it is a slow burn series.

So only those people who like to watch slow burn series will like this series. At the same time you will like the atmosphere and cinematography of this series quite well. In terms of production budget this series is quite quite good.

Like in the beginning one scene will come where a car crash happens and it goes and falls on the train tracks. There the rib bone of the person next to our hero is coming out.

So from this in the beginning itself I came to know that quite a good amount of money has been invested inside the series. Along with that our hero's performance is also very much good. Meaning lead performance is quite amazing of this series. But if now we come to some negatives then the first negative is its complex story dialing which starts confusing us.

Because inside this series there are many subplots like killer corruption past case because of which this story being complex gives us enjoyment but along with that it also starts confusing some people. And one more thing which I told in the beginning of the series that inside the series more episodes have been kept.

So pacing is there inside this series. The series will feel stretched at many places which it is. It could have easily been completed in some episodes. Along with that this series is not worth watching with family also. Inside it brutal scenes are there to watch. There are.

Meaning bloody violent scenes are there to watch. Small minor such type scenes are also there to watch. So cannot watch with family. And this is a heavy series.

So for those people who do not like to watch heavy series like to watch light series this series is not for them also.

Overall the series felt quite good to me. But the one criteria I told that you should like slow burn series then only this series will be liked by them. From my side this series felt quite good to me.

That is why I will rate this series 7.5 out of 10.

One more thing that happened with me is that this series has been released in Hindi as it is being told. But on Netflix I did not see this series anywhere in Hindi.

Was this not to be watched on Netflix? It seems to me that this series has come on Netflix.

So why is it not showing in Hindi on Netflix there are multiple languages Hindi option is not coming at all.
