༻꧂In your opinion, which one is more challenging: achieving success or retaining it? Share your views!༻꧂

I think achieving success and sustaining success are both difficult stages, but sustaining success is more challenging if compared. A person needs passion, determination and dedication to achieve success. He constantly works hard to achieve his goal and learns from failures and moves forward. At this stage, one's entire focus is on growth.
But when success is achieved. The real test begins. The consistency, humility and continuous improvement are essential to sustaining success.

Well often people become complacent or arrogant after success. It affects their performance. Apart from this, the expectations of the society also increase. People expect you to perform better than before, which can lead to stress.

Moreover, conditions change with time. New challenges, increasing competition and changing technology force man to learn continuously. If a person stops the process of learning and self-improvement, his success may prove to be temporary.
Although achieving success is not easy and requires hard work, maintaining it for long requires more patience, strategy and strong character. That's why to me maintaining success is the most difficult phase. Those who stay successful for a long time are those who keep hard work and humility as their motto.

༻꧂What is more significant, enjoying our passion or chasing success? Describe!༻꧂

I think the most important thing in life is to enjoy your passion. Because that is where real happiness and satisfaction comes from. If a person only runs after success but ignores the voice of his heart, he may get position and fame, but not inner peace.

Pursuing one's passion naturally motivates a person to work hard. When we do what we love, we don't feel tired but want to learn more and improve. In such a situation, success automatically comes closer to us. Hobby stimulates creativity in a person and makes him unique.

On the other hand, the importance of success cannot be denied. Success gives a person confidence, recognition and financial stability. Success is considered necessary to make a place in society. But if success is achieved only to impress others or to win a competition, it gives temporary happiness.

According to me, the best way is for a person to base his passion and consider success as its result. When passion and hard work go hand in hand, success is more sustainable and meaningful. In this way a person is not only successful but also satisfied and happy.

༻꧂What is the definition of achievement according to your perspective?༻꧂

To me the definition of achievement is not just achieving a goal. It is a journey in which a person improves himself through hard work, patience and persistence. Real success is that which brings a positive change in a person's personality and makes him internally strong.

Usually people associate success with wealth, fame, high position or awards. In my opinion the true meaning of success is much deeper than that. If a person works hard towards a goal, faces difficulties, learns from failures and then moves forward. That is also a great achievement. Whether or not he gets praise from the world.

I think success is also related to inner satisfaction. When a person completes a task according to his principles and values ​​and feels that he has done his best, that is true success. Sometimes achieving small goals, like overcoming a fear or learning a new skill, can become big accomplishments.

Moreover success has a different meaning for each person. What may be trivial to one person, may be a life changing achievement to another. Therefore success should not be measured by societal standards but by personal growth and positive impact.

In short, success is what makes a person a better person, gives him an opportunity to learn and gives him a sense of inner happiness and pride.
