The most obvious effect on physical health is excessive sitting. People spend more time in front of mobile or computers. And lack of exercise is causing obesity back and neck pain heart diseases and weak immune systems.
Fast food habits and lack of sleep are also increasing these problems. Mental health has also been affected.
Watching the lives of others on social media reduces self confidence in a person. Competition information flood and constant pressure create depression and anxiety. Mental fatigue and lack of focus have also become common which affects daily decisions.
