Mughlai Paratha | From Restaurant To My Plate

Greetings Everyone,

Welcome to my another vlog this week. Sharing one of my most favorite food since my childhood days. Many of you already familiar with Mughlai paratha especially people from Bangladesh, India and Pakistan as we all are neighbors and many of our foods connected to our tradition.

You can share what do you call Mughlai paratha in your region, I'm curious to know if it has some other names too. It's a easy to prepare type of food and many housewives can prepare it at home. It can be a good snack item for your evening.

Meet a proud foodie who loves to eat or taste different kinds of foods and it's me ofcourse. Honestly, I repeat foods most of the time because if I love the taste of a food, I love to eat it again and again.

Mughlai paratha is a kind of food that I love to repeat many times but that doesn't mean I'm gonna eat it daily. I can eat my favorite fun foods once in a month or week or one in two months, depending on mood and crave for any specific food.

Though making video of making Mughlai paratha was not a sure plan but luckily restaurant people allowed me for this and I took the chance of creating food vlog on it. Easy made food and taste delicious.

I can eat it without sauce but restaurant provided sauce with parcel. I took parcel of it as I wanted to enjoy every bite inside room. Egg, onion, peppers and salt mixture make the paratha a perfect snack. It made me full for a dinner.

Hope you all find this food vlog interesting. It was from local restaurant where good food serve regularly. I would love to have Mughlai paratha once again from here as the taste was perfect.

It's true that I'm lazy to prepare food at home but I love buying foods from outside because they prepare food professionally and ensure the good taste. Once I tried preparing Mughlai paratha at home and it was a success because making it not that difficult, give it a try someday. Hope you'll enjoy too.
