Steem Exclusive Story Name: Control Over Emotions
This is the story of Alia and Kishor. They both were in same class but different school and subject. They met through a mutual friend name Sumi. Alia was a Muslim and Kishor was a Non-Muslim. Feelings doesn’t care about color, religion, cast, disabilities, disorders and distance, it just happen for specific individual.
Kishor likes Alia and gradually Alia also start liking. Alia's family was very conservative, protective and strict so they tried to kill the feeling that was killing them inside. Kishor changed the school and tried not to show up again for Alia because his feeling was developing that his parents will never accept.
They both were only 17 but their maturity level was high. After staying apart for eight months they met again.
Alia: You moved on?
Kishor: No, Not really! I tried but I couldn’t! What about you?
Alia: Same here! Distance couldn’t affect the feeling I'm having for you!
Kishor: My parents will never accept a Muslim girl for our family!
Alia: Likewise! But my family would accept you if you change religion but honestly, I can't expect this from you because you can expect the same thing from me that I never can do! It would looks like I'm taking advantage of your emotions especially, when I'm unable to do the same! Straight to the point, I born Muslim and I'll die Muslim and only can marry a Muslim man who can help me to do religious practices in everyday life.
Kishor: Same here! I've no right to force someone to change just because the person loved me! I don't want you to be a Non-Muslim as you're a dedicated believer. We loved each other and we don't have control over this feelings but we definitely have control over our actions.
Alia: Yeah, you're right! We never can have the future we are dreaming. Thing that didn’t happen in last eight months, can happen in next few years or it would take more time to kill this feeling we both are having in our hearts. Let's try again!
After three years at the age of 20 Alia got married. It was arrange marriage and her husband was a good man. Kishore went abroad for higher study and met different type of girls but Alia was his first love so he often check Alia's sicial media accounts. With the time he accepted the reality and he thankful to Alia that she helped him having control over emotions.
Alia wasn’t his ex girlfriend but first love whom he will always remember with respect. Alia now have a two years baby girl and she is happily married. Kishore always pray to have a wife like her, as she was strong in character and strong enough to having control over emotions. She never compromised herself for being so much emotional as she saved herself for the person she will be committed for the lifetime.
Kishor still collect information about Alia and he is sure that her husband is a lucky person to have her. He never shared to any other friend about his emotions about Alia but he write his diary whenever he miss Alia. Next week Kishore will tie the knot with a girl he met abroad when studying in the same Unversity. This is the last time when he is writing his diary about Alia, he decide to burn the diary a day ago of his wedding. He wants to start a new future and he will burry all the memories from the past as he aim to be a good husband of his wife. He learned from Alia to have control over emotions when necessary!
