Assalam o alikum friends welcome to my another recipe blogs with you in my beloved #incedibleindia community, guys I am from Pakistan and all knew that the Pakistani foods/cousins richest with spices and tampting flavors So guys today I share the beef seekh kabab recipe with you I hope you will enjoy and learn from my blog easily I shared below the complete ingredients list and procedure with related images so guy without ado let's move on the recipe.
- Recipe name: Seekh kabab
- Marination time :2 hours
- Cooking time :20 minutes
- Serving size:6 to 8 persons
- Cousin type : Traditional Pakistani cousin
| Ingredients list |
| 1 kg fine chopped beef mince |
| Salt as per taste |
| 1 tbs Ginger garlic paste |
| 2 tbs Meat tenderizer |
| 3 tbs roasted gram flour |
| Cooking oil as required |
| 2 tbs red crushed chillies |
| 1 tbs Turmarric power |
| 1 tbs gram masala |
| 1 t s cordiender power |
| 1 tbs roasted cumin seeds |
Making
 | I washed the beef minced and put in strainer till all excess oil removed from it then take a large bowl added beef minced and ginger garlic paste. |
 | Now added powder spices in it which were salt ,red crushed chillies, coriander powder, turmarric power,meat tenderizer powder and garam masala . Incorporated well all ingredients. |
After spices I added roasted gramflour in it and mixed well,the gramflour help the binding and keep kababs will not creak or break.For little shine add 2 tbs oil in the mixture now covered it for at least 2 hours for marination in fridge.
When minced marinated well ,now it's time to makes seekh kabab shaped patties ,the shaped of seekh kabab is round and vertical style so guys for that I used spoons,s upper side for making the seekh kabab,s perfectly.
For that I took little amount of marinated minced on my hand and pasted on spoon with light hands when got the vertical thin shaped removed from spoons and we got desired shaped.
 | Make all seekh kabab from all minced and set a side for 10 minutes . |
Now it's to deep frying seekh kababs one by one for that I took a large pan add enough oil that deep fried the kebab .Give golden brown colour on both sides
When seekh kababs having right colour stained out from oil and leaves on strainer till to remove excess oil.I put tissue paper on the bottom surface of the platter to absorbed excess oil from it .
Final presentation
Friends finally it's done I served this kabab,s with youhgat and yakhnay rice /naan .I hope guys you liked and will try soon
