Though we too have become slaves of technology these days, see, there are some things which we should keep in mind so that we can stay safe even in the online world. While the online world is so vast that childhood is incredibly difficult, if you take a few safety steps, you can avoid many of the pitfalls that await you online. There are a few things you should keep in mind to stay safe online, and I believe that if you keep your software and applications up to date, you're already safe.

You're often subjected to online scans, and often the culprit is your device, and sometimes you're the culprit, because humans are the weakest link in your life, allowing hackers to easily penetrate. You've noticed that if you don't update the applications you use, some of them stop working, while others continue to run without updates, forcing you to manually update them. You probably already know that almost all of your devices have a feature that automatically updates apps, but sometimes we unknowingly install applications that are of no use to us, which can pose a threat to us at some point.

I would recommend that you periodically review your applications, and whenever you suspect a suspicious application or file, remove it from your system. This can help you stay a little safer. Also, periodically check your devices and try not to install any unknown software that could cause problems. Sometimes we install third-party software but don't know enough about it, which can make it a threat to us.
