Which points should anyone keep in mind while making any decisions?
Decision making we do on daily basis. There are simple ones that is easy and takes us just seconds like:
- should I go to work/ school by foot or take a bus?
- should I drink coffee or tea for my starting morning
- should I take umbrella, will it be raining or not
Those decisions are involving only ourselves and even if it is one or another then it will only affect us and we do not care of what is the result.
There are bigger decisions like that could involve our family, friends. For example, we need to decide if we will visit our family for Christmas or if we go out with friends celebrate them. We have to think that our family loves us, the older we are they still miss us and we are still children for them. For every moment that we spend with family they will really be happy. That is why we have to think about those people and appreciate them.
When we make decision during our work or study we should think about the impact of our decision onto the whole people around there and for the result of our combined work.
Yes, such situation can happen when we are in school and belong to one group of pupils we often have competition between them. For example, being a part of such group and if you are good in any subject but the others are weaker, then this person should do its best to teach and support. Sometimes we have to take time and patience to make sure that our other mates do understand and get better in their subjects. In that case the pupils will get better and the whole unit will look strong and able to compete as one.
When working you may have some weak colleagues who will need a bit support and that is what we could do, help out both physically and morally. When someone is not coping with the stress of work and might have serious mental problem.
Communication is always important in any situation. Have you ever had the situation when you become open and ready to listen to others you might find what the opinion of others. It is easy to find the opinion of others about us and we need to accept that. When there is a collective decisions then get informal situation, have a chat like you do with friends, weight all opinions and if needed you could talk about the positive and negative sides of them. It is important to make decision altogether. Only then it is a strong combined decision and everyone will benefit from it.

Decision fr the benefit of others...... It's rarely found especially when it come to academy sector. When there's a smart student in the class, even the teacher will give more attention to him than others. But nevertheless there are some of them that volunteer to explain to teach their classmates at their leisure time. It's a stray bullet for me😜
Yes, it is true it is easy to teach those who are interested and also smart, but it is also situation that when we spend time and efforts to teach others who are weaker then we can reach good results for them too.
Teaching those who are weaker...... I strongly agree with you. You know, in a classroom, we have smart students and also those who are less academically inclined. However, the point is that the way a teacher interacts with and explains a topic to a smart student differs from the way they explain it to those who are less engaged. That's why in some schools, a child might look dumb, but when he's transferred to another school, we begin to see progress. Why? Because of the teacher.
I use myself as an example. Exploring the trading world, I come to realize that the basic truth of trading has not been told
They would talk about buying and selling, but not emphasize risk management.
So if I have that opportunity to teach and mentor someone about trading, I'm not going to be talking like the way others do because trust me..... I see it as fake. They only know how clean the chart is on YouTube, but in reality, it's not.
That's why someone would be excellent in theory, but when it's time for practice, he fails. Not that he's dumb, no.... but he lacks the practical aspect.
