Demographics Leads Everything. The Fall of Real Estate
So many people are talking like real estate is fine, or is only in a slump.
Other are calling for a 2008 housing crash.
Me, i believe that real estate is going to crash, burn, and then be abandoned, buried, and used as warnings for future generations.
The first part is just due to demographics.
The second part is based on a change from Pisces thinking to Aquarius thinking.
To me, it is inevitable. But it is still difficult to explain this to other people. Well, many people prophesied the 2008 crash was coming. And, still, most people didn't believe it would happen, until it was over.
We've had housing crashes before, so people know what you are talking about.
We can talk about ghost towns, but it isn't a well known phenomena. People cannot recognize it happening.
The demographics shift we are seeing hasn't happened in more than a century. No one remembers it. All we have known is growth.
And we haven't seen a change of sign in over 2000 years. Most people believe that astrology is nothing more than superstition. But many people recognize that the energy, and people's thoughts are changing. Most people feel uneasy do to the shift (but are unaware that THAT is what is happening)
Basically, most people cannot see what is happening because they are unaware of history, or have been lied to about history.

The Age of Aquarius
Pisces, the previous age, the fish you see on many people's cars. The age of schooling (swimming together, in schools.) The age where people gathered around in large structures. Like churches, corporations and govern-cements.
Aquarius is the truth bringer. All secrets will be revealed. Connections with others will be based on truth. Companies WILL be in integrity, or not exist.
So, basically, all the large corporations of today, just go away.
Transparency in government is a given.
And people will understand that they need close friends in their lives. And ONLY close friends. We don't have spare brain-power/memory-space for just acquaintances. We don't have time in our lives to deal with drama and FUD.
Thus, we will form into tribes/"family". And these will be honest relationships.

The housing market dies… because the suburban house is bad for people
Imagine that instead of looking at the inside of a house when going house shopping, you went to all the neighbors and found out what kind of people they are.
Your neighbors are more important than the granite countertops.
Lets work backwards from this, than what is an appropriate "house"? If your neighbors are the most important, then you need to be able to move houses around. And, our current way of first-come first-served land allotment makes very little sense. It has ended with the grandparents being in the old part of town, and the parents being in the middle, and the children being on the outskirts. Not near each other where they should be.
Further, the ideal house changes over a person's life. Our 3 bedroom 2 bath homes are only ideal during the getting married, having children time of life. It doesn't provide any privacy for 3 roommates to live in. It is too big when the children are grown and gone.
Better ideas would be some kind of moveable / tiny home, that can be easily reordered into a community. Or, a LARGE house, with multiple rooms… (more like little apartments, with a bath, sitting and sleeping room) where the people living there can come together, and also can have place to move apart.
When these better methods of arranging ourselves comes out, all the single family homes will be worthless / abandoned.

As the demographics turn
The boomers, who own 25% of the houses, shuffle off their mortal coils, the shape of the economy, the shape of the demographics charts shifts massively.
We will find ourselves with a lot of tract housing sitting empty. No one can afford it, and no one wants it.
We will shift from not enough housing, to too much housing. As well as, no one wants that type of housing.
In tomorrow's world, there will be no reason to live in cities, and every reason to live in small communities with your closest friends.
Basically, all of these suburban houses will be left empty. Only those who can't escape the city will be left, and they will have their pick of empty houses.

When the boomers leave, there will be too many houses.
As people find their tribes, and move out of the cities, there will be even more empty houses.
As people find better ways of building a home for humans, there will be even more empty houses.
And, i haven't even discussed any catastrophes, like hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, or unCivil Wars or VAXXX die offs…
From people's perspective, we will go suddenly from real estate being very expensive and out of reach, to if you want it, you can have it. The completely devoid of humans housing tract will not be uncommon.
And, by the time we have plucky young adults tearing down houses to restore nature AND remove everything useful from the structure, there won't be a real estate market. The market will be gone. And the idea of "real estate" will be gone too. The new ideas of ownership will be just that much better.
