The Strange Connection Between Low and High IQ
The Neo-liberals think that if there was no difference between people, if we were all alike, then no one would have to suffer. Their mind believes that the difference is the evil.
If we were all alike, if we were all the same, then everyone would get the trophy. No one would be put down because they were less-then. And if we we all thought alike, then we would all get along. No one would be misunderstood. No one would be left out.
Neo-liberals believe this down to their core. And they do not realize that this thinking is completely broken. It doesn't happen, even between twins. It is completely against the way this world works.
And, so the Neo-liberals hate IQ. Hate it so much that they cannot even talk about using it to make the world a better place.
The do not realize that the smallest, most hated, most maligned group is those with high IQ. The ones that make their lives better, and get outcast for doing so. Every innovation has come from someone of very high IQ. The world moves forward because of people with high IQ.
But the Neo-liberals wish this group didn't exist. But, the low IQ people, they believe that they need help, even if that help will destroy them.
Why so much hatred for the high IQ
130 IQ is not that high. Not compared to 160 where we have true geniuses.
However, 130 is the cutoff for joining Mensa
There is only 2.1% of the people above that line. A very tiny group.
And this group is very hated, very shunned by society.
Much of this group has Aspergers. Making them appear autistic. However, most of the problem is that they want to share huge information, and the average person wants to talk about the ball game. The high IQ has the problem of trying to put so much data through a tiny straw, their mouth. And most people do not want to even hear the data. This makes communication very painful for the high IQ person. In a class of 50 people, you have no one to talk to. You are it.
Most "normal" people do not want to be around those who are weird, those who appear autistic. Thus, they will have few friend. Almost no one that gets them. And will basically have to cut off half of their brain power to have any socialization at all.
For a much better future, women should see the high IQ man as the top dog, the head alpha. And the women should all be trying to get impregnated by them. But, most women really shun those who are verbally inelegant. Most women avoid them like the plague. And there are 2 guys for every woman in this IQ range.
Women, for the most part, think that the high IQ person is icky. Except for those who use their IQ to become CEO. (and these are low IQ as far as high IQ people go)
Men do not befriend them because they do not like to feel so inferior, and what do you do with a person who doesn't know sports-ball?
Low IQ people, and their troubles, and our troubles
This group is really autistic!
The US military will not enlist them. In their words, "This group cannot be taught to do anything (by themselves) that is a net positive." And that is a level much higher than the "they need help tying their shoes and feeding themselves".
Low IQ people have a really big problem, very similar to a small kid. "Let me pour the milk" they say as they cover the table with milk that missed the bowl. Thus, they caused their parents a lot of extra work. Fortunately, children grow up and get better at these skills.
But, the low IQ people, cannot grow up. They cannot get to a level where they can pour the milk by themselves. And thus, the low IQ person is a constant drain on society.
Now, lets imagine the not-so-low IQ person. These people are found in all kinds of systems. They are the person in the cubical who drags the folder to the trash bin and then immediately presses empty trash. However, that folder was shared with between all the staff, and now, everyone's work is gone. And the not-so-low IQ person thinks they did things just as instructed.
This is what the military meant by "cannot be taught to do anything that is a net positive". These are the kinds of people who waste so many other people's time cleaning up after them. Not only do they not help society move forward, they push it backwards. Which is a really big problem.
Our current Standards of Living
Compare most of North Americas' standards of living with that of the middle of Africa. Is it just because Africa has been impoverished by bad white men? No, not really.
There is a cap on standards of living based on the lowest common denominator. More complex system require a higher IQ to work with them (not develop, not build, but we have to make things idiot proof)
So, a group of people with an average IQ around 100, can have flush toilet, electric lights, refrigerators…
A group of people with an average IQ around 85 can have solar powered lights (the things we use as outdoor night lights) and mud huts.
It really is that bad.
South Africa is slowly starving to death. As more of the white farmers are kicked out, and the farms are pillaged. The black people of South Africa cannot see that they are destroying their future. They cannot think past today. They do not consider that taking everything of worth from this farm, means that next harvest will not happen.
The high IQ person can think of many new things, of many solutions to problems, however, it is the middle of society that has to maintain it. And, that is inclusive of all the people moving forward, minus all the people dragging things backwards.
It is problem like how dirty all the rivers are in India.
Each low IQ person throws shit in the river, because they do not see the problem that amounts from it.
And, without a huge program, designed by the higher IQ people, to cement into people's heads that each person needs to stop littering for us to have clean rivers, things will not change.
The low IQ people literally cannot see that throwing their trash in the river makes the whole river completely polluted.
And each step up in IQ (every 5 IQ) means that the lower levels of society can be trained better. And can think better, and understand more of how their actions affect the future.
So, we really need the high IQ people to invent, create, figure out, solve the problems. But, just as much, we need to raise the IQ of the bottom of society. We can think of the high IQ people as the locomotives of the society, and the low IQ people as cars in the train trying to use their brakes. (and yes, we could talk about getting all the locomotives to go in the same direction, and such…)
A society's IQ can be raised. Solving IQ problems actually makes people's IQs go up. So, teaching/learning can raise IQs, and also, breeding the higher IQ people raises IQ. But, today, the society hates high IQ people, and helps the low IQ people. The end result being lots of low IQ children being born, and high IQ children being squeezed out.
