You can change your perspective on gravity by hanging upside-down, to perceive things falling up, but does that disprove or undo the patterns, the principles, of gravity, or whatever we may want to call being like pulled towards the center of the earth?
You can't change your perspective regarding objective truths like the laws of physics. However that's not the case regarding subjective beliefs.
