Steemians Meet Up, As Election Politics Heat Up In Nigeria
Very beautiful evening here in Abuja after a long and raining Monday, I came back to home to meet my brothers and fellow steemians @yungchief @jacobite @roman3 @kevwealth where we all catch up with old times and we discussed how we can rekindle our activities on steemit indeed it was productive.
Despite the nature of my job as a media practitioner I hardly time for myself, school and steemit, but with encouraging words from @yungchief I took it upon my self to write this post.
My resolution from the meeting is that I will be bringing all my media content here on steemit which I will be sharing news content on what is happening in Nigeria in politics, sports, entertainment.
Nigeria General election in coming early 2019 and some many political activities is playing out be rest assure that I will be sharing some interesting and insightful information about the activities of the present administration led by President Muhammad Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the opposition parties which People Democratic Party (PDP) are the big shut all vying to lay their hand on the mantle of power.
Who goes all the way to win the 2019 election? as some many big weight in the political arena are contesting, big question begging for answers.
From recent polls on social media the Nigerian citizens have detest the current administration due to the fact that the government has failed on the promises which brought them to office they now ride on blaming the last administration on the state of the country.
We all know that the reason they were elected to office was to fix and restore Nigeria but they have chosen to follow the path of cheap blackmail to Nigerians
Nigeria we claim to be the giants of Africa but we are really far from that because of the bad attitude of our leaders, the refuse to do what is right.
The painful aspect is that our politicians traveled outside the shore of the country to Europe and order part of the world to see how government is be run but they can not come back and replicate what they saw in does countries they visited
Politicians keep buying votes and uneducated Nigerians keep selling them to these same politicians that are eating away the destiny of our unborn children
I believe that Nigeria will rise from the ashes to be great again
