YouTube is a private corporation not a branch of the government, they don't fall under the first amendment. If you want to start your own platform to compete with them you can. Just like DLive or Dtube.

Yup and that sucks. Corporate welfare is rampant in the US. Doesn't change the fact that it's not a branch of the government.
