Mi presentación en Steemit: Anastasiakaur
Me presento: Me llamo Anastasia, soy una mujer libre, encantadora y única.
Mi filosofía de vida es
“Déjalo mejor de como lo encontraste”
por lo tanto, si estamos en este mundo, tenemos que DAR nuestra mejor versión y aportar o desarrollar nuevas cosas que mantengan al planeta ecológicamente disfrutable y divinamente vivible.
Me desarrollo en el mundo de la espiritualidad, soy profesora de Hata Yoga, fans de toda la vida que proporcione, paz, libertad y por tanto aceptar y recibir toda la abundancia que el universo nos tiene destinados.
Los tópicos que voy a postear son en pro de la educación del yoga y los beneficios que trae la práctica del mismo.
Iniciaré explicando paso a paso que son los Chakras (vórtices), describir cada uno, sus beneficios físicos, emocionales, psicológicos y espirituales. Y Posteriormente, hablaré del yoga, los tipos de yoga que existen, etc… Todo en el ámbito de mantenernos con nuestra energía al máximo!!!
