😄😄😄 Hello Steemians! Excited to be a part of this amazing community 😄😄😄

Wow! 

Never thought the day would come, but here it is...a blog post by me😱 for the very first time.  I find this process extremely difficult, far more so then making some general post about my interests (of which there are many) or a comment on somebody else's blog...

I've stumbled upon this platform by complete accident whilst doing some research on cryptocurrencies and chatting with some mates on Facebook - totally random.  I got so drawn in by it, the honesty & rawness of some of the posts I've read in the past couple of days...and the overall potential of the platform to create good, and reward contribution...I'm simply blown away.  This served as the impetus that finally drove me to shrug my phobia of writing about myself and do an inaugural blog post. 😅

A bit about me...

I'm a 30something guy, born and raised in Hungary but calling Australia home, now for nearly 22 years...My username is a conception from a nickname I was given by a workmate of mine, purely based on my initials LA combined with my incredibly good acting skills (NOT!).  

My interest are quite wide ranging, and can be transient depending on my headspace or how much time I have on my hands.  I've worked dead end jobs for most of my life so I would definitely not include it amongst my interests.  I work to live by definition, so any spare time or money I have usually goes towards improving the home I share with my beautiful wife, reading - lately about politics -let's face it, the emergence of Bernie Sanders or demagogues like Trump, Orban and other populists has engaged a lot of people, if only superficially so.  Health & fitness, healthy eating and veganism, music, spirituality, travel, growing organic food & cooking it, ethical wealth creation and lately blockchain technology would round out my primary interests.  Oh and I loooove taking pictures...my subjects are usually cats or cityscapes or sunsets...never actually studied anything about photography tho!

And of course there is our fur baby😽...He is a 6 year old gentleman, who very much enjoys the outdoors, but needs to be on a harness as he contracted FIV before we adopted him...he is both the bane of our existence (especially as it's going into spring here) and our purr therapist...

So there it is...my first post!  Thanks again for allowing me to be a part of this community, cannot wait to see where it will lead!
