Hello, I’d like to introduce ‘Try This!’, a weekly series of articles on Relationships. I'll be writing under the Pen Name ‘Bluebird.’ As a Counselor, I’ve learned what works in relationships ... so here's some new ideas!steemCreated with Sketch.

Welcome to 'Try This!

First, a word about the 'Try This!' Series, then something about me.

'It’s So Easy, To Fall In Love’ …

But It’s Not Easy, to Stay in Love!

Starting off was easy …

Giving and getting was easy, at the beginning …

Then things changed. What happened?

‘What Happened?’ vs. ‘What Happens Now.’

If you want to improve your relationship,
‘What Went Wrong Then’ isn’t as important as ‘What You Do Now,’
to bring back passion & promise to your relationship!

Each ‘Try This!’ article will suggest both a ‘Do This,’ and a ‘See This.’

A ‘Do This’ is a specific thing to do that will help you 're-connect' with you partner,
for a few moments or longer. Those re-connections add up!

A ‘See This’ is an Insight into your relationship with your partner you can use,
for the rest of your life.

Even if you both are still happy together now,
following these tips can help deepen, and extend your relationship.

There’s no guarantee, and sometimes results come slowly.

But doing nothing guarantees your relationship may ‘accidentally’ wind up broken!

Try This! will show you what’s worked for others,
what helped them ‘drive with both hands on the wheel,’
with ‘both eyes wide open!’

So, I hope you’ll enjoy ’Try This!’ and find it useful in your closest relationship.

Because keeping your partner 'close' is better than
living with a memory of what used to be …

And 'One is the Loneliest Number …’ Don’t you agree?

Why use a Pen Name, ‘Bluebird?’

I believe verification on Steemit is important, so I’ve taken time to offer a form of it, below.

I wish I didn’t need to worry,
but every Counselor gets hassled by someone they try to help, sooner or later.
It's happened to me, more than once!

Really? See a sad but true Psychology Today article about it here.
https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/media-spotlight/201401/when-therapist-is-being-stalked

So I wish I could post a selfie holding a "Steemit" name and date sign.
But because of my topic, giving my name and address to the world
won’t be very smart or kind, to my loved ones or me.

I'll just have to see whether I can publish on Steemit under a Pen Name.
I feel it's worth a try.
Maybe if 'Try This!' is useful enough, the content will speak for itself?

Now, if someone trusted from Steemverify ever offers,
I’ll gladly give them any personal info they want...

Then, I’ll be able to replace this seal with something better… :)))

Until then, below is a screenshot of my registration of my Pen Name ‘Bluebird’ (me),
through Onename.com, on the Blockstack blockchain.

You can see that Onename has decided that my Social Media Twitter and Github accounts,
with my username ‘lebluebrd,’ are ‘proven’ (verified).

(I don’t have or want a Facebook Account, because FB has more limited Privacy options,
so there can’t be a ‘proof’ on that line).

If you'd like more verification, email me with the Subject: ‘Verify’
and I’ll reply with the word ‘Bluebird’.
(Sorry, since email links on webpages collect spam, you’ll need to type in
'lebluebrd at protonmail.com').

I know this 'Onename approach' is only 'soft anonymity' for me,
and may not be enough personal info for you.

But it’s the best I can do, for now.

So relax, you won't see my face here, but at least I’m not a Bot.

And Steemit.com has my personal name, etc.

So if I plagiarize, I’m toast!!!

Anything Else About You, Bluebird?

Just one thing.

In 'Try This!', I’ll be writing about things that really matter to you, and me.

I may never know you personally, but I care about what happens to you.

I believe we all need close relationships to be happy,
yet nothing is harder to find, and keep.

So tell me how I'm doing as we go along, ask me anything.
I don’t spend all day online, but I’ll answer if and when I can.

I’ll always respect your boundaries, and you.

All I ask is that you, respect mine. Please.

Hope I ‘see you back’ a week from now, each Monday to start with,
about 18:00 UTC (2:00 PM New York/America time)!

I'll try publishing 'Try This!' for at least five weeks.

That way, anyone who wants will know more about me
than any selfie or verification can say.

If enough Steemers show me they think ‘Try This!’ is helping them,
I’ll be happy to continue...

And maybe, publish more often!

Let’s see.

Blessings, and Happy Loving!
