It takes work and a lot of it. I am fairly new to the forum and you have to work at it. Respond to those who respond to your posts. Respond intelligently to posts from other members so as to build a conversation. Resteem quality content. Don't shotgun content all over the place, it is exhausting for your followers and they will stop taking your post seriously.

Best thing to do is find a mentor. Someone that can help you and guide you to build your following and generate good content. They will usually find you if you take time to respond to other blogs with quality responses.
