I'm Mike Schultz, avid photographer, world traveler, and lover of antique automobiles... trapped by the cubicle life.

Hello to who I can now call my fellow Steemians,

My name is Mike Schultz and I could not be more excited to join and contribute to such an amazing and quickly growing community. I am an avid photographer - who shoots relentlessly, world traveler, and yes...as my subject line state...lover of antique automobiles (but more on that later). As most people, I stumbled into this site as I have gotten into the cryptocurrency world and have been an avid reader of all aspects of this site for months now.

I am located in Detroit, Michigan and have lived here my entire life. Detroit, for those of you who are unfamiliar, is a working class city that fell on hard times during the most recent recession here in the United States. The comeback is on in the city however, and I am proud to be from such a historic and hardworking region of the United States. My blogs will focus on this city among others moving forward.

Growing up in Detroit and living here my entire life has given me a unique eye into the city and I am excited to share it here through words and photography. All photos posted will be my own in one way or another.

The city inst the only thing I love to photograph and if you stay tuned you will discover that I find passions in a diverse and eclectic variety of places, things, and people.

I strive to travel the world and I am well underway having been to 10+ countries and 25+ states (United States) so far in my travels. Straight away, I have found Romania to be my absolute favorite destination, I cannot wait to share photographs with you, and share stories of this great region of Europe that is so often seemingly forgotten about.

I did mention that I love Antique Automobiles as well and perhaps that goes hand in hand with growing up in the Motor City. I am a proud owner of a 1929 Ford Model A and the photos of the car, its continued restoration, and the tours I take it will all be featured.
