Awesome post! Your photo at the top does seem to have a broken url though, I'm just seeing the grey UFO. Be sure that the url you are using ends in .jpg, .png, or some other image format, and isn't a .php or something that happens to show an image. The embed needs to directly target the image itself.
Thank you very much for your comment. I was using Google Photos and undoubtedly https doesn't play well with Steemit. I transferred over to another site with the image and it appears to be working now.
