We are really happy to be here and to finally introduce ourselves to this amazing community. My name is Anura Nishantha, and I run Paris Eagle Cab — a private chauffeur and transfer service based just outside Paris, France.
Before anything else — a big thank you to everyone who makes this platform what it is. We have been reading posts here for a while and honestly, the travel content on Steemit is something else. So we figured it was time to stop lurking and start contributing.
So Who Are We?
Paris Eagle Cab is a private transfer company that has been getting families, couples, solo travellers, and groups safely around Paris for over ten years. We started small — just airport pickups and drops from Charles de Gaulle — and grew into something much bigger through word of mouth and, honestly, just doing the job properly every single time.
Today we cover:
CDG Airport → Disneyland Paris (our most popular route, from €65)
Orly Airport → Disneyland Paris (from €80)
Beauvais Airport → Disneyland Paris (from €140)
Paris city centre → Disneyland Paris
Versailles day trips
Paris city tours — 4 hour and 8 hour private tours
France excursions
Most people find us because they are flying into Paris and heading straight to Disneyland with their kids. That is where we made our reputation and it is still the heart of what we do.
What Makes Us Different?
Honestly — reliability. That is it. That is the whole thing.
We track every flight. If your plane lands late at 2am, your driver already knows before you even pick up your bags. No extra charge for the wait. No surcharges for traffic. No nasty surprise on the fare. You pay what you were quoted when you booked, and that is the end of it.
We also carry free baby seats and booster seats for families — you just mention it when you book. Our drivers speak English. We hold a license from the French Ministry of Transport. And we meet you at arrivals with your name on a board so you are never standing around wondering where to go.
TripAdvisor gave us their Certificate of Excellence every year from 2017 to 2023 and the Travellers Choice Award on top of that. We are genuinely proud of that because every review behind those awards is a real family who trusted us with their trip.

We spend every single day helping people navigate Paris and get to Disneyland without the stress that usually comes with international travel. And over ten years, we have picked up a lot of knowledge that honestly just lives in our heads and never goes anywhere.

We want to write about all of that here. Real practical content from people who live and breathe Paris travel every day — not polished marketing, just honest advice from experience.
We will also share behind the scenes moments from the job, client stories (nothing personal of course!), updates about what is happening at Disneyland Paris, and anything else the travel community here finds useful.
A Little About Me Personally
I have been based in the Paris region my whole life. I love this city — the chaos of it, the beauty of it, the way it looks at 6am when the streets are quiet and the light hits the Seine just right. I also love meeting the people who come here from all over the world to experience it for the first time.
There is something really satisfying about picking up a family at CDG at 7am — tired, a bit anxious, kids half asleep on their bags — and dropping them at Disneyland an hour later watching the excitement hit them as they see the park entrance for the first time. That moment never gets old.
