A summary of Me

Hi, I'm Piya. I'm new on here and relatively inexperienced in "the art of blogging". I'm excited to learn many new things. Even if it turns out that I suck at it, feel free to read on and learn about me :)

But before I get into the deep stuff, it's vital to establish the basics. I am a 16-year-old girl living in South Africa. I have lived in almost every province in my country and always have a latent expectation to relocate. I guess one could say that my family is constantly on the go.

My family consists of me, a sometimes-moody-sometimes-care-free teenager ; my older sister (whom I've always secretly looked up to); my mother who is a half-strict, half-fun and loving individual and my happy-go-lucky father. My family is what grounds me and it is the values I learn from them that allows me to conduct a good life.

Characteristically, I am determined. Once I set a goal for myself, there is little that can prevent me from reaching it. I place great value on finding an equilibrium in all aspects of life. I believe it is essential in living a life of quality. Honesty is equally as important. When someone is honest, the universe reciprocates it in some type of mysterious way.
