Hello new friends! My name is Rhiana and I'm the chicken mom!
That is, I'm the mom of 11 chickens, 5 dogs, 4 cats and one human female.
I'm excited to join the world of Steemit. This is all new for me, so I appreciate any help, advice, words of wisdom.
I live in a rural area and I make my living full-time working from home. We have a nice little property with a home, a shop, the chicken coop and some land. We hope to make it a full-time sustainable living property some day. We live far enough out that most of our shopping involves an hour-long drive to town.
I work in the world of customer service and project management, but I also do a bit of freelance writing, dog sit and play with a few other side hustles.
In my spare time.. Ha! I have no spare time. I work full time, work part-time dog sitting, take 6 college courses and I'm taking classes to get my TEOFL certification.
I'm married to my wonderful hubby of 22 years and we support my mother-in-law and disabled Aunt. So we're VERY BUSY!
