Welcome to Steemit, I think mediation will help you a lot. I am sorry that you cannot skate anymore. I encourage you to find multiple hobbies. I encourage everybody to find multiple hobbies. Another word for hobby is recreation. In the word recreation, you have re-create. It is your chance to keep re-creating yourself.
