My name is Randy and i'm new to the Steemit space. I'm based out of Canada. Since I was young I've had an incredible thirst for adventure and trying new things. I'm known for my infectious smile and happy-go-lucky-dont-take-life-too-seriously attitude. I want to share with you pieces of my life and hope to inspire people to find courage to step outside their comfort zone. I push myself to my physical limits to discover my own personal meaning of life and big into spirituality. Honestly i'm just here to eat the cake :3

Ive been an avid snowboarder for the last 3 years, Ive seen some incredible natural sights! starting this hobby was one of my lifetime goals and takes up much of my winter!

I would consider myself a foodie. I like to cook as well as eat various things!

This is a picture of me at a treehouse in Thailand. I would like to do more traveling in my life (who wouldn't ?)

Hello thisiscourage! Welcome to Steemit! Hope you'll like the community here. As a start, here are 5 tips that we believe will be helpful to you:

Keep your passwords safe: Unlike conventional sites, Steemit has 4 types of passwords. Each offers varying degrees of access to your account, so know where and when to use each of them. Also, make sure to keep them all safe and secure.
Get Steem rewards: When writing a post, you'll have the option to choose how to receive your reward: "Default 50%/50%" or "Power Up 100%". As of this moment, choosing Default 50%/50% is the better option. But this can change over time. Check our post to know more.
Upvote wisely: When upvoting, wait at least 30 minutes after the post is published to maximize your curation reward. Also, make sure not to upvote too much too fast so as not to drain your voting power.
Know your Steem, Steem Dollars and Steem Power: Steem and Steem Dollars are the 2 main currencies here. Convert and power up more Steem into Steem Power so you can have higher values on your upvotes.
