A little piece of me in this Revolutionary Ocean!
Hello Steem Tribe!
I'm so happy and excited to finally get to know all of you and to start sharing my days and thoughts on this amazing platform.
Here on @tripoflife you will get a naked and authentic view on my trip through this adventure called life, with things like psychology, growth and healing of traumas, vegan cooking, different voluntary projects, herbs and gardening, road trips to magical places, music and poetry, and lots of more! My days never looks quite the same, or one thing thats never differs is the time I spend in nature everyday.
One of the biggest topics in my life right now is SELF LOVE and how to make relationships strong and work smoothly in intentional communities.
As I grew up I was a very extroverted person, always directed my inner light outwards to see were I could gain the most of everything, I was always busy with something and surrounded be people all the time.

The last few years of my life has been the complete opposite, I somehow converted to a hermit, I shut myself off from almost everyone, moved out to the forest and directed the light inwards. I have and Im still on a huge inner healing journey, which is something I want to be vulnerable enough to write about further on.
With that said I have for a long time been feeling a longing in sharing my view of the world, but the introverted, hermit side of me haven’t really felt safe crawling out of the shell sharing pieces elsewhere, until I came across Steemit!
Steemit feels like a parallel utopian universe (platform) in comparison to other socialmedias out there. The majority of people here seems to genuinely support each others uniqueness, ideas and stories, which my heart have been longing for a long time.
Before I introduce myself more I will swim around in this revolutionary ocean a bit to gather some knowledge about how everything works.
Once again, Im really looking forward to get to know all of you futurists and heart centered people in here.

Yes, it definitely should but unfortunately that's not the reality. How could something so important not be a primary subject in school I often wonder.. But I guess people like us are here to change that :)

So far so good, it takes a lot of time and energy in trying to figure out how everything works. I'm pleased to see so many wonderful souls putting time and effort and in helping newbies like me get started 🙏🏽

A beautiful journey to be undertaking Emelie :) Without self care and love for what we are on the most subtle levels the world that one perceives can be quite bleak! I think you are already quite aware of this fact after reading your post though.
Nature is by far my favorite gurus when it comes to self exploration and understanding. We are merely a reflection of its innate beauty and it has so much to offer to this understanding. The woods behind you look very similar to the pine forests near my home in the Sierra Nevadas. If you feel like sharing may I ask where you have settled your hermit life?

For a very long time I have been adverse to what social medias have done to the global society and to find a place like steemit where people are genuine, vulnerable, and above all else honest about who they are is a major relief and gives me so much faith in what community can do for us as a race.

Yes, nature! My sanctuary and greatest teacher. I have my wonderful shell with two other amazing women and our two dogs in the deep forest of Värmland, Sweden :)

Well Emelie I am very glad that you found me again as well! It's honestly amazing to hear that you had this feeling of soul recognition through one of the videos I posted. Some days it doesn't feel like anyone is watching and it's easy to get discouraged but interactions like this make all the effort and work that much better. It's amazing to create for myself but when people genuinely connect to what I am creating and reach out there is no better feeling. Simply put, thank you :)
It sounds like you have established a very beautiful life in Värmland. I would imagine the state of bliss is quite easy to hold in this environment. Also there are dogs so what else could you need?🐶
Over the next 8 months I am making my way west from Australia back to the United States so this reality may just come to be. Europe is sounding like a place I need to visit the more I meet people on here :) Time will tell, I look forward to sharing with one another regardless and I hope to see more about this lifestyle you lead in future days. Hello and welcome to Steemit @tripoflife! The platform, in ways, does feel very utopian - perhaps a little scary from the point of possible letdown, but, also pretty amazing for what it ultimately may be capable of doing. I dropped FB over 8 years ago because it was quite clear to me that it only fostered egotism, jealousy and steered people into this weird mode of crafting facades and fostering fake relationships.
The platform is complex, takes a bit of time to learn, and there are people here that just want to find the best way to rig the reward system all day long. That being said, there is lots of creativity here and many people floating around that want to share ideas, engage in productive discussions, establish healthy connections and push our world in a better direction...focus on those people! I'm @danielshortell and I write short fiction here, nice to meet you, see you around :) (go vegans!)
