Hi and welcome. I really like every word from your post. I am very new in yoga, but I start and that's a big thing for me. I was thinking that yoga it's not for everybody and that was my big mistake. I did something on my back and yoga start making the pain less and less. I will follow you and I will be happy to learn something new. :)))
