Hello everyone, my name is Tiziano, I want introduce myself and talk a bit about me.
I was born and raised in Rome in the Olympic Village neighborhood, a public work built for the Olympics in Rome, which took place in 1960.
It was in this very small neighborhood, where the athletes of the Olympics were hosted, that I was able to understand, from the very beginning, how big, different and amazing it was the world. All the streets that cross the district bear the name of different nations, as a child I was enough to walk a few meters to get the impression of traveling abroad.
A little bit older, instead I decided to take the plane to leave the country and when, after few tours in Europe, I finally arrived in Thailand for the first time, I found a second home. So from 2006 to 2016 I managed to happily spend the six cold Italian months of the year in the heat in South East Asia. I've always been a convivial person, I love sociality and a sense of community. Here in Rome I take care of the reception in a hotel, it is a job that I do with love both for my city and for people who they come to visit it.!

WHEN CREATIVITY AND PASSION MAKE USEFUL:

The most authentic experience I have lived in this city has been since 2011, together with many inhabitants of the aforementioned district, during which we cleaned an area under the overpass of Luigi Nervi, a viaduct that cuts the neighborhood in half (viale c.so Francia). After the reclamation of this "non-place" we decided to give birth, from that cemetery of rubble and waste, the "RICICLOOFFICINA VILLAGGIO OLIMPICO", or a popular bicycle workshop. The bike kitchen supplies as main activity, a laboratory accessible to citizenship, where people learn together the art of bicycle maintenance, its operation and its possible uses in the urban context. In the "Ricicloofficina", to the technical issues concerning the good functioning of the bike, it joins the ethical dimension that emphasizes the importance alternative means of transport are also activated moments of sociability to promote responsible behavior in the use of resources. It is the starting point for a reflection on consumption and lifestyles, mobility and transport. A place where to put into practice a respectful lifestyle of the city, learning to take care of your bicycle and that of others, through repair workshops.
With great enthusiasm and participation, other projects of different nature also took life, of which I will perhaps speak on another occasion. This is a summary of the history carried out by our association that
ended with an arson that in February 2015 destroyed much of our material and slowly turned this place back to the landfill it was. Indifference, ineptitude and the total lack of interest in this reality on the part of the institutions is a fact. We have spent 4 years without running water, which has always been denied us and there has never been the possibility of transferring the laboratories to another abandoned space to be redeveloped.
Since 2011 our association is openly waiting to participate in public tenders that can give us the opportunity to redevelop one of the many abandoned spaces for decades in the neighborhood and to be able to transfer our project, which is important to many Roman citizens and not only those who use the bike. In 2016, pending the announcement that has never been published by any of the administrations that have followed over time, our association has decided, together with association Tai Chi Roma Village, to try with the offices of former province of Rome (romametropolitana) presenting a shared project that had as its objective the redevelopment of the abandoned school in via venezuela 43.
This project initially seemed likely to lead to a positive outcome, and was later rejected in the last instance after a year. In fact, they answered that the school 's use destination stable could not be changed. In our project it was clearly written that the use of the building would remain scholastic (in the event that the students return one day .... but for at least 10 years you do not see one.) The project included educational laboratories of mechanics and applied arts. Unfortunately we currently find ourselves without a place to operate and continue this beautiful initiative, despite we continue to solicit the council currently in office at the town hall, which does not seem to understand the value of the initiative and completely ignores our project.
Bike enthusiasts have also known us beyond the national borders, we have arrived tourists and artists. Relating with foreign expats in Rome was stimulating and then I decided to dedicate myself to the work of receptionist and tourist assistance.
The next step will be to combine tourism with the bike and the steem POWER: D, all within the framework of Rome.

WHY I WAS ENTERED IN STEEMIT:
I would like to create content on steemit that concerns my passions and my attitudes, carrying on and developing the
concept of community that this platform offers, proposing my experience and my life path. Arrived here I would like to merge all my knowledge with yours to achieve
of truly original projects. I realize that my work could really involve our guests giving a lot more opportunities,
which are always missing in the context of Rome due to poor management of the city and all the trouble that this entails.
ROME IS BEAUTIFUL AND DAMNED
So disastrous indeed to have a hole in the balance sheet up to 15 billion euros, which inevitably economic deficit
repercussions on Roman services and transport. The citizens of Rome deeply love their city and would like to make the most of the possibilities it offers.
"I do not feel Italian, but fortunately or unfortunately I am".
I quote the title of the song he wrote
Giorgio Gaber to emphasize the attitude that the Roman citizen shows when the services that should be offered and recognized are not even approaching a dignified level.

I am therefore pleased to come to steemit, a platform with a great potential linked to the blockchain and the world of cryptocurrencies.
A decentralized economy can indeed be an effective response to projects useful to the community and in need of support that is denied by the institutions.

Ciao a tutti mi chiamo Tiziano, vorrei presentarmi parlandovi un pò di me.
Sono nato e cresciuto a Roma nel quartiere villaggio olimpico, opera pubblica edificata in occasione delle olimpiadi di Roma, avvenute nel 1960.
E' stato in questo piccolissimo quartiere,in cui vennero ospitati gli atleti delle olimpiadi, che ho avuto modo di capire, sin da subito, quanto fosse grande, diverso e stupendo
il mondo. Tutte le vie che attraversano il quartiere portano il nome di differenti nazioni, da piccolo mi bastava fare qualche metro a piedi per avere l'impressione di fare un viaggio all' estero.
Un po' piu grandicello invece ho preferito prendere l' aereo per espatriare e quando, dopo qualche giro in Europa, finalmente arrivai in Thailandia per la prima volta,
trovai una seconda casa. Così dal 2006 al 2016 riuscii a trascorrere felicemente i sei freddi mesi italiani dell' anno al caldo nel sud est dell'asia. Sono sempre stato una persona conviviale, amo
la socialità e il senso di comunità.
Qui a Roma mi occupo dell' accoglienza in una struttura alberghiera, è un lavoro che faccio con amore sia per la mia città e sia per le persone che
vengono a visitarla.

QUANDO LA CREATIVITA' E LA PASSIONE SI RENDONO UTILI:

L' esperienza più autentica che ho vissuto in questa città è stata a partire dal 2011, insieme a tanti abitanti del quartiere sopracitato, durante il quale pulimmo un' area sotto il cavalcavia di Luigi Nervi, viadotto che taglia a metà il quartiere (viale c.so Francia). Dopo la bonifica di questo "non luogo" decidemmo di far nascere, da quel cimitero di macerie e rifiuti, la "RICICLOOFFICINA VILLAGGIO OLIMPICO", ovvero una ciclofficina popolare.
La ciclofficina fornisce come attività principale un laboratorio accessibile alla cittadinanza, dove le persone imparano assieme l' arte della manutenzione della bicicletta, il suo funzionamento e i suoi possibili utilizzi nel contesto urbano. Nella "Ricicloofficina", alle questioni tecniche che riguardano il buon funzionamento della bici, si unisce la dimensione etica che sottolinea l' importanza dei mezzi di trasporto alternativi, inoltre si attivano momenti di socialità per promuovere comportamenti responsabili nell' uso delle risorse. Essa è il punto di partenza di un percorso di riflessione sul consumo e sugli stili di vita, sulla mobilità e sui trasporti. Un luogo dove mettere in pratica uno stile di vita rispettoso della città, imparando a prendersi cura della propria bicicletta e di quella degli altri,attraverso laboratori di riparazione.
Con grande entusiasmo e partecipazione presero vita anche altri progetti di diversa natura di cui magari parlerò in un altra occasione.
Questo è un riassunto della storia svolta dalla nostra associazione che terminò con un incendio doloso che nel febbraio 2015 distrusse gran parte del nostro materiale e ritrasformò lentamente questo luogo alla discarica che era.
L' indifferenza, l' inettitudine ed il totale disinteresse per questa realtà da parte delle istituzioni è un dato di fatto. Abbiamo passato 4 anni senza acqua corrente che ci è stata sempre negata e non ci è mai stata da possibilità concreta di trasferire i laboratori in un altro spazio abbandonato da riqualificare.
Dal 2011 la nostra associazione è dichiaratamente in attesa di partecipare a bandi pubblici che possano darci la possibilità di riqualificare uno dei molti spazi abbandonati da decenni nel quartiere e di poter trasferire il nostro progetto, che risulta stare a cuore a molti cittadini romani e non solo quelli che usano la bici.
Nel 2016, in attesa del bando che non è mai stato pubblicato da nessuna delle amministrazioni che si sono susseguite nel tempo, la nostra associazione ha deciso, insieme all' associazione Tai Chi Roma Village, di tentare con l' ex provincia di Roma (romametropolitana) presentando un progetto condiviso che aveva come obbiettivo la riqualificazione della scuola abbandonata a via venezuela 43. Questo progetto inizialmente sembrava potesse portare ad un esito positivo, in seguito è stato rifiutato proprio nell' ultima istanza dopo un anno. Ci hanno risposto infatti che la destinazione d' uso scolastico dello stabile non poteva essere cambiata. Nel nostro progetto vi era scritto chiaramente che l'uso dello stabile sarebbe rimasta scolastica (nell' eventualità che gli alunni tornassero un giorno.... ma da almeno 10 anni non se ne vede uno.) Il progetto includeva laboratori didattici di meccanica e arti applicate. Purtroppo attualmente ci troviamo senza una sede dove operare e continuare questa bella iniziativa, nonostante seguitiamo a sollecitare la giunta attualmente in carica al municipio, la quale sembra non comprendere il valore dell' iniziativa ed ignora completamente il nostro progetto. Gli appassionati della bici ci hanno conosciuto anche oltre i confini nazionali, da noi sono arrivati turisti ed artisti. Relazionarmi con stranieri expats a Roma era stimolante ed allora decisi di dedicarmi al lavoro di addetto all' accoglienza e all' assistenza turistica.
Il passo successivo sarà fondere insieme il turismo con la bici e lo steem POWER :D , il tutto dentro la cornice di Roma.

PERCHE' MI SONO ISCRITTO A STEEMIT:

Mi piacerebbe creare dei contenuti su steemit che riguardino le mie passioni e le mie attitudini, portando avanti e sviluppando il concetto di community che questa piattaforma offre, proponendovi la mia esperienza e il mio percorso di vita. Arrivato qui vorrei fondere tutte le mie conoscenze con le vostre per realizzare dei progetti davvero originali. Mi rendo conto che il mio lavoro potrebbe veramente coinvolgere i nostri ospiti dando tantissime opportunità in più,
le quali vengono sempre a mancare nel contesto di Roma a causa di una mal gestione della città e da tutti i guai che questo comporta.
ROMA E' BELLA E DANNATA
Talmente disastrosa appunto da avere un buco nel bilandio fino a 15 miliardi di euro, deficit economico che inevitabilmente si riperquote sui servizi romani e sui trasporti.
I cittadini di Roma amano profondamente la loro città e vorrebbero sfruttare al meglio le possibilità che offre.
"Io non mi sento italiano ma per fortuna o purtroppo lo sono".
Cito il titolo della canzone che scrisse Giorgio Gaber per sottolineare l'atteggiamento che il cittadino romano manifesta quando i servizi che gli dovrebbero essere offerti e riconosciuti non si avvicinano nemmeno ad un livello dignitoso.

Sono quindi lieto di approdare su steemit, piattaforma dal grande potenziale legato alla blockchain e al mondo delle cryptovalute. Un economia decentralizzata può davvero essere una risposta efficace per i progetti utili alla collettività e bisognosi di un supporto che viene negato dalle istituzioni.
