IoTChain - Do you want to be an IoTChain partner? - Securing your IoT devices via the blockchain.
This article serves to be a brief recap on the IoTChain project and to share the news of their partnership request! If you aren't aware of what they are trying to achieve, this next section will explain what the team are doing, and why.
In the modern world, everything from your toaster, to quite literally the kitchen sink has the ability to be connected to the internet, and with it the risks it brings. IoTChains vision is to bring an end to insecure IoT (Internet of things) based appliances, by creating a single solution that will cover them all. having created a lite operating system which the devices will use to communicate out, the are aiming to implement impenetrable security into the internet of things network.
Using a combination of this secure and lite OS, and custom made IoTChain hardware, they are aiming to provide a network that is not only secure, but also has a unparalleled stability and speed for data transfer between said devices. This fusion of standard technology and the blockchain will result in the creation of an economy for sharding Internet of Things devices in a decentralised, secure and energy efficient environment, producing and creating wealth from the valuable user data that contained within the devices (generic data, no personal information or identifiable information will be taken, for more info checkout the whitepaper for a technical breakdown on what information will be taken from the devices if you choose to allow the network to do so.)
To me, partnerships are the foundation of what can make a project stand out from others, an idea that has several teams working together to achieve a common goal and better themselves always stands out, and i thought id share the above. Currently IoTChain are looking for partnership members to enhance their project. If you are team member on a project that you think suits, or fits the bill, or are the member of a community of one, and would like to see your community and IoT's join together to deal with a common goal, then check them out.
IoT Chain (Token name: ITC on CoinMarketCap) are working on creating a way to secure your IoT devices, this will be via a lite operating system that has been custom built by the team, using the blockchain concept and implementing PBFT, DAG, SPV and CPS technology. To create the ultimate in security, while maintaining your IoT devices ability to connect to the internet, and other IoT devices on the blockchain.
At present, they are currently seeking partnerships in the following locations: Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Russia, US. (But im sure projects and partnerships in other regions would be considered if it was deemed an appropriate fit for the team and their goals!).
The responsibilities involved in this would be a community based operation, spreading the world about IoTchain and ensuring that the following criteria is met.
• Positive publicity through stories in the local media.
• Providing a better local marketing knowledge base.
• Greater support and build local community.
