It's the bollocks man! Check out DTube. It's a part of Steem that uses IPFS to facilitate a decentralized Youtube alternative! What's rippin about it is that it's impossible to censor something once it's been uploaded onto the network. I think this is great news for people in places where certain ideas have been made illegal.
Just activated my DTube account. I haven't read up on ipfs yet, but your summary makes it sound most excellent ^_^
