Another wonderful post @overdye! You always provide so much insight into your thought process, and it is really nice to see that. It is the part of the design process that is maybe a little overlooked but it is really the most important part! If the concept is not good no amount of execution is going to save it. Great job here!

Yeah it is, but in this case the client appreciate the alternative look. Generally the sign of sand dollar keep the scientific representation, that's make it a little boring..
So we prefer drive the mark in a little modern direction. Unusual for this kind of mark.
About the design process.. really.. it's something I learn to release thanks to steemit.. A part that generally I keept secretly with the customer.
Happy to share it, and find a way to do it.. it is the funniest part!
